thanks for the best wishes. hopefully i'll love this work - am looking forward to it all! it's very very flexi time, so shouldn't have any effect on the chennai trip or any other holidays. i join as consultant, not as regular employee, so leave etc should not matter, so long as my work gets done. pretty tailor-made job for me, actually. hope you all had a lovely weekend.
